So, you wanna get your banner up? Great! Just follow these rules and requirements.
I.) You must be active on your site
II.) If I put your banner up, ours must be up within 48 hours.
III.) If you go inactive, I will not hesitate to take your banner down.
IV.) We only have scrolling, live with it. If you want to put us on your scrolling, that's fair, and that's fine.
V.) Post a new thread under this, and fill out the form.
